1. Prior Communication Required
We will not accept any returned merchandise without prior written communication and agreement. To initiate a return, repair, or replacement, please contact us via email at info@yogashopcyprus.com or by phone at 97685741 to discuss your situation and obtain approval.

2. Faulty Goods
If you receive merchandise that is faulty due to materials or workmanship, we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing it at our expense. Please report any materials or workmanship faults to us within 2 days of delivery to be eligible for repair or replacement.

3. Exclusions
Please note that damage resulting from wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or incorrect usage is not a valid reason for repair or replacement. Customers who order incorrect sizing are eligible for a replacement of the exact item in the required size, provided they cover the return and replacement freight costs, and the original item is returned in the same condition as supplied.

4. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind after a purchase.

5. Commercial Use
Customers ordering training equipment for commercial purposes should be aware that goods not deemed commercial grade may suffer wear and tear in a commercial setting and will not be replaced.

6. Wrong Size or Type of Goods
If we supply the wrong size or type of goods, we will cover the cost of return and replacement freight.

7. Individual Consideration
Every return and replacement request will be considered on an individual basis to ensure fairness and customer satisfaction.

8. Condition of Returned Items
Both the returned item(s) and the packaging must be in unused condition. If the packaging is damaged, we may charge a fee of at least 15% of the value of the merchandise.

9. Cancellation of Orders
• Before Shipment: If you cancel an in-stock or activated order before it has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 5 euros.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the full payment must be made.

10. Unclaimed Shipments
If an order has been shipped, and the customer does not collect the shipment, resulting in its return to us, we can issue a refund for the merchandise value, excluding transportation costs.
