How to use
Hold the worry stone between the index finger and thumb, gently moving one’s thumb back and forth across the stone. History
The use of worry stones has many origins. Its use has been reported in ancient Tibet, Greece, Ireland, and with many tribes in the Americas. Worry stones made by sea water were generally used by Ancient Greeks.
