Instructions for use
Carefully squirt the powder onto a wet toothbrush or directly into the mouth and brush teeth for about three minutes without strong pressure. Then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
For daily use, it is recommended to use coconut oil instead of water to reduce the abrasive effect. For sensitive teeth, use maximum twice a week.
