About the Product
Kansa tools are made from a blend of metals, principally copper and tin. This combination is called bronze in the West and Kansa in India. The handles are made from durable, quality wood for a gentler touch, allowing you to be more precise and effective.

Kansa massage
Kansa massage helps restore complexion, ease bodily tension and pains; reduce congestion and inflammation. These Ayurvedic Kansa wands are modelled in accordance with ancient designs, combining the finest craftsmanship with the purest materials, resulting in massage tools of unsurpassed quality that glide smoothly along the contours of both feet and body, gently expelling heat and toxins, helping to balance the flow of Prana (life energy) throughout the whole body.
How to use
Apply some massage oil to the designated area and rub lightly. When using the Kansa, some people experience a graying of the oil and skin. The grayness is an indication of the acidity of the skin. The colour changing means the acidity is being pulled out of the skin and is a very gentle detox.
Cleaning & Caring for your Kansa wands
For personal use
Clean the bronze part of the Kansa wand massagers with a cold damp cloth and a drop of Rosemary or Tea Tree essential oil.
For professional use
Follow your usual health and safety regulations. Always clean after every use as mentioned above and after every client. Make sure there is no trace of essential oil left on the bronze part of the Kansa wands, to avoid skin irritation.
Re-energise
To energetically clear and recharge the Kansa wands, occasionally hold the metal surface under running cold water, or place the bronze part of the Kansa wands in Himalayan salt for 15 minutes, or rub them on fresh clean grass as the ‘dirt’ is taken back to the earth.
