Norway Spruce (Picea abies)
A typical European spruce tree of 50 to even 70 meters high. The resin is obtained by heating, and is sold as Burgundy resin. A sacred tree for the Germans, which symbolised protection and healing. The smoke has a desinfecting effect and is very effective for cleansing rooms. For protection and inner surrender, purifying, clarifying and calming of the mind. Has a slightly euphoric and numbing effect.

How to use
Suitable for burning on a fireproof dish with charcoal, or on a special sieve incense burner. The burning process on a sieve burner is slower than on charcoal. You can easily mix the incense with other varieties.
Also available are matching tongs to safely light the charcoal, tongs to handle the incense strainer, a steel brush to clean the incense strainer and a wooden feather for odor dispersion. A loose sieve of 125 mm fits also on an oil evaporator, if you remove the cup.
