Made of pure powdered quartz crystals heated to several thousand degrees, the heating process integrates the particles to form each bowl. Tuned to specific musical notes, the bowl’s size influences the pitch—smaller bowls create higher-pitched notes, while larger ones produce lower tones. Higher pitches uplift and cleanse, while lower pitches promote relaxation and grounding, though the effects can vary among individuals.
Please note: Remember never to place anyone’s head inside a sounding bowl, or strike it too loudly near a person’s head. Bowl sizes can correspond to more than one note, depending on factors like weight, wall height, and thickness, and the notes assigned to bowl sizes can vary based on the manufacturing process and tuning precision.
Combining crystal bowls can create harmonics, generating various effects on individuals based on their circumstances. In therapeutic settings, these bowls help re-balance and harmonize, but it’s recommended not to sound the bowl continuously for more than 15-20 minutes to avoid energy overload. Always maintain positive intentions when sounding the bowl, as it becomes an extension of yourself during the process.
