Dr Edward Bach studied human behaviour, in particular moods and emotions.
He divided them into seven groups, namely:
1. Anxiety
2. Uncertainty
3. Insufficient interest in the here and now
4. Loneliness
5. Hypersensitivity
6. Despondency and despair
7. Overconcern for the welfare of others.

Doubting one’s own judgment or decision, going back on decisions, seeking advice and confirmation from others.
Usage:
2 drops in a glass of water (100ml). Drink in sips throughout the day. max. 20 drops per day.
Do not exceed the daily recommended portion.
A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Store at room temperature, out of reach of children.

Available in a 20 ml pipette bottle and contains 27 vol.% alcohol per bottle. Ingredients: Alcohol, tincture of leadwort blossom.
